Terms of Service
Effective April 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SAM.gov Hunter (the “Service”), operated by JG Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under U.S. law to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your password, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Service
SAM.gov Hunter aggregates publicly available federal and state contracting opportunity data, provides AI-assisted analysis of solicitations, and offers tools for drafting proposals and managing partner agreements. We rely on third-party APIs (including SAM.gov, Anthropic, and Stripe) to deliver these features. Availability and feature scope may change as those dependencies change.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Refunds
Paid tiers (Seasonal Hunter, Dedicated Hunter, and any successor plans) are billed monthly via Stripe at the rates shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal; access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted; (b) submit malicious files, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with other users; (c) use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
5. AI-Generated Content
Outputs produced by the Service’s AI features (analyses, drafted proposals, partner agreements) are provided as drafts to assist your work. They may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that requires legal or domain review before submission. You are solely responsible for verifying and editing AI output before relying on it.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of content you upload (templates, company profile data, draft proposals). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (SAM.gov, Anthropic Claude, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and others). Your use of those platforms via the Service is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes by those providers.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that opportunities surfaced through the Service will result in awards or that AI-generated proposals will meet any specific solicitation requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost contract awards.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file or via in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
